The Business Directory serves the representation of Businesses to the members of the respective platform of International Friends Community. 

Business directory Terms

The following terms, as well as our Data Policy and Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, and in certain cases the regulations for Events using the Ticket System of International Friends Community, apply to all Business directory accounts on any of the platforms of International Friends Community. Additionally, all content on the Business directory accounts must comply with our General etiquette. You are responsible for ensuring that your Business Directory account complies with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations.

1. General
   1. A Business directory for a brand or entity (place or organization) may be administered only by an authorized representative of that brand, entity (place or organization).
   2. The Business directory account must always be created at the platform that corresponds to the place of business of the brand or entity. In case of complaints, you may be asked to provide documents proving legal ownership of the brand or entity and/or its localities.
   3. Content posted to a Business Directory account is public and viewable by everyone who can see the Business Directory account.
   4. The content must adhere to our General etiquette.
2. Business Directory Account Usage
   1. Business directory names must accurately reflect the business it represents. We may remove administrative rights or require you to change the Business Directory name for any Business Directory Account that fails to meet this requirement
   2. The information provided on your account has to be truthful and up to date. Any misleading content may result in us asking you to change to data or keep it up to date.
3. Collection of Data
   1.  If you collect content and information directly from users, you will make it clear that you (and not International Friends Community) are collecting it, and you will provide notice about and obtain user consent for your use of the content and information that you collect. Regardless of how you obtain content and information from users, you are responsible for securing all necessary permissions to reuse their content and information.
   2.  You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access International Friends Community, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
   3.  You will not use information obtained from a person’s job application for any purpose other than to evaluate the application. If you want to use this information for any other purpose, first obtain a person’s explicit consent.
4. Tagging
   1.  You must not inaccurately tag content or encourage users to inaccurately tag content (ex: don’t encourage people to tag themselves in photos if they aren’t in the photo).
5. Cover
   1.  All information provided on the Business Directory account are public (apart from those explicitely marked as as private). This means that anyone who visits your Business Directory account will be able to see your the information. Business Directory Accounts can't be deceptive, misleading, or infringe on anyone else's copyright and are a true representation of your company.
6. Deals
   1.  If you create a Deal using International Friends Community Deals tool, the following policies apply:
      1.  You must clearly and prominently disclose any restrictions on your offer (such as expiration date or limitations on redemption).
      2.  You are solely responsible for improper redemption, fraud, disputes or other issues that arise from the distribution and/or redemption of your offer.
      3.  The offer may only be redeemed at your store or branch. You are responsible for honoring your offer.
      4.  You must only use the Deals tool for its intended functionality and not to promote your website or other contact information, or to offer the equivalent of a gift card, gift certificate or stored value card.
      5.  You are responsible for ensuring that your Deal complies with these terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Deals are subject to many regulations (such as alcohol discounts and offers marketed to minors) and if you are not certain that your offer complies with applicable law, consult with an expert.
7. Promotions
   1. If you use International Friends Community to communicate or administer a promotion, you are responsible for the lawful operation of that promotion, including:
      1.  The official rules;
      2. Offer terms and eligibility requirements (ex: age and residency restrictions);
      3. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations governing the promotion and all prizes offered (ex: registration and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals).
   2. Promotions on International Friends Community must include the following:
      1.  Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, International Friends Community.
   3. Promotions will point to the Business Directory Account that has made the Promotion. Personal Timelines and friend connections must not be used to apply promotions (ex: “share on your Newsfeed to enter” or “share on your friend's Newsfeed to get additional entries”, and "tag your friends in this post to enter" are not permitted).
   4. We will not assist you in the administration of your promotion, and you agree that if you use our service to administer your promotion, you do so at your own risk.
8. Business Directory content
   1. Business Directory Accounts that promote or facilitate online gambling, games of skill or lotteries, including online casino, sports books, bingo, or poker, are only allowed in specific countries with prior authorization from International Friends Community.
   2. Business Diretory Accounts must not promote the sale of prescription pharmaceuticals unless the administrator of the Business Directory has a valid pharmaceutical sales license. Business Directory Accounts for online pharmacies may be permitted with prior approval from International Friends Community.
   3. Business Directory Accounts must not contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive claims or content.
